1. Agreement to These Terms
Welcome to Farsky Beauty Spa. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of farskybeauty.com and the services provided by Farsky Beauty LLC. By using this website, booking an appointment, or purchasing a service or membership, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or our services.

3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to book services or purchase memberships through this website. Some treatments require a consultation before booking. If you book on behalf of someone else, you confirm you have their permission to share their information with us.
4. Services and Pricing
We provide facials, massage and body therapy, waxing, specialty treatments, packages, and memberships. All prices appear on our booking platform and are subject to change without notice. The price confirmed at the time of booking applies to your appointment. Promotions and seasonal packages run for limited periods and follow their own conditions.
5. Booking and Appointments
We manage bookings through Square. When you book, you agree to Square’s own terms for processing your reservation and payment. Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may receive a shortened service so we can stay on schedule for the next client.
6. Deposits, Cancellations, and Rescheduling
To secure your appointment, we ask for a non-refundable deposit of $34 at the time of booking. This deposit applies toward the cost of your service at checkout and reserves your dedicated time with us.
Please reschedule or cancel at least 2 days before your appointment. If you cancel or reschedule, your deposit is held and a new deposit is required to book a future appointment. To avoid further penalties, notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. We appreciate your understanding, and we look forward to taking care of you.
7. Memberships
We offer two membership tiers, renewed every three months:
- Gold Premier: $800 per quarter, with a complimentary robe and shirt, priority access, and up to four visits per month.
- Signature Elite: $600 per quarter, with a complimentary t-shirt and up to two visits per month.
Membership benefits apply only during an active membership term. The full terms for renewal, visit usage, and cancellation appear in the membership agreement you receive at signup.
8. Payments
You agree to pay the full price for any service, package, or membership you book or purchase. We process payments through Square and accept the payment methods shown at checkout. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information.
9. Refunds
Deposits are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for services already performed. Memberships, packages, and promotional offers are non-refundable once purchased. If you have a concern about a service you received, contact us so we can make it right.
10. Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable and carry no cash value beyond the amount purchased. They cannot be exchanged for cash and apply only toward eligible services and products. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.
11. Your Health and Responsibilities
Your safety matters to us. Before your treatment, you agree to share accurate information about your health, allergies, skin conditions, medications, pregnancy, and any concern that affects your service. Our team may decline or adjust a treatment when it is not suitable for you. Our services support beauty and wellness and do not replace medical care or professional medical advice.
12. Results
Each person responds differently to beauty and wellness treatments. We work to deliver a high standard of care, and we do not guarantee specific results. Photos, testimonials, and descriptions on this website show possible outcomes and do not promise the same result for every client.

You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content from this site without our written permission. All text, images, logos, and branding belong to Farsky Beauty LLC and are protected by applicable law.
14. Third-Party Links and Platforms
Our website links to third-party platforms, including Square and our social media profiles. We do not control these platforms and are not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices. Your use of those platforms follows their own terms.
15. Privacy

16. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Farsky Beauty LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our services. Our total liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service.

You agree to hold Farsky Beauty LLC, its owner, and its team harmless from claims, losses, or expenses that arise from your misuse of this website or your breach of these Terms.
18. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida.
